I am so intrigued by the idea of getting my hair done by someone else, especially at a great price point! Sometimes getting ready can take a lot of work and getting help is key to de-stress in any situation in our lives we aren’t particularly pros at doing ourselves including finances, fashion, beauty, and the list goes on. I’m always up to try new services and was really intrigued by Sassoon Salon’s new Blow & Style looks because they have all the trending options to choose from.
A little something interesting about Sassoon Salon is that their hair stylists have to train for 2 years to learn and master the exact precision of cutting hair. The styles are inspired by architecture and your stylist works with your face to create a style that highlights you best. After cutting your hair, they don’t do anything too fancy because they don’t want to cover up the cut. Have you ever had a cut that you got home afterwards and just didn’t like and couldn’t figure out how it looked so perfect after it was cut? Yep, it’s happened to me too. They make sure this doesn’t happen because what kind of haircut is one you can’t even handle on your own?
Check out my experience from last week at their location: 1405 5th Ave, Seattle, WA 98101 # (206) 623-3685
Blow & Style Menu
Look how easy it is to just find what style you’re looking for! This is only a sample of the options to choose from. You can view the full menu here. The prices are also very reasonable, Blow Outs start at $45 and the Styles start at $25.
The calm before the storm, it was perfect to have a moment to myself before attending the event. I was greeted with sparkling water and great conversation with my stylist Lisa, we realized we had so many similar people we knew.
Before & After
Look how I came in…..yes my hair was not styled at all but the magic they did was wonderful. I received the polished wave and was ready for my Private Wine Tasting Party I hosted that night.
I know that all the products used really helped my hair stay in place but I would say my most favorite was the Kerastase Mousse. My hair is naturally super frizzy and the mousse really kept it tame for hours.
